What data we process and why
Only what you enter yourself in the contact and reservation form: name, e-mail address, telephone, address, requested dates, number of guests and your message. We use this data solely to answer your request and, if you book, to carry out the reservation. We keep technical data such as the IP address briefly, to prevent abuse.
Legal basis
The processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
For as long as handling your request requires; if you book, for as long as statutory accounting rules require. Technical data is deleted after a few weeks.
Who sees your data
Only the hotel. Our hosting and e-mail providers process the data on our behalf, within the EU. We do not pass your data to anyone else or outside the EU.
Cookies and external services
This website sets no cookies and uses no visitor analytics. The page about our location shows a map that we host ourselves; only when you click "Plan your route in Google Maps" do you leave our website, and Google's terms then apply.
Your rights
